Piedmont Kitchen, Deck, and Basement Conversion: Piedmont, California
This project in Piedmont, California was initiated by the family’s desire to develop their existing basement into usable space which would include a master bedroom suite, laundry room and a multi-purpose room. A proper stair between the main level and the new space down below was required. The owners wanted to also reconfigure the existing kitchen. The existing rear deck will be removed and rebuilt in a better position with respect to the house.
